Senior Project Manager

Here's what you'll do 
As Senior Project Manager, you'll be quickly embedded in our agile & dynamic event team. Our inclusive team culture is one where better never stops. We always aspire to deliver the flawless execution of our live events, at pace, often within ambiguity & within evolving scope. 
 
Reporting to the production director, you will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of virtual, hybrid & live events for our clients and their customers. 
 
Working in close collaboration with our clients & internal & external technical partners, you will own the creation, & delivery for our client's customers. 
 
Here's what you'll bring 
A positive, honest and & communicator, you'll have a passion for live events & a curiosity for innovation & design. 
Experience within both physical & virtual event disciplines. 
Demonstrable aptitude for learning & adopting new technologies in relation to content creation & broadcast. 
An understanding of video conferencing platforms, content acquisition techniques & streaming technologies. 
As an event's professional, you'll have an understanding of audio-visual & lighting technologies, transport & logistics, fabrication, finishes, materials & print techniques. 
A commercially driven professional, you'll have excellent financial acumen, numeracy & negotiation skills as you'll have effortlessly managed complex budgets of varying sizes. 
Health & Safety conscious, you'll ideally hold an IOSH certification (training will be provided) & have an understanding of our obligations under CDM 2015. 
 
Day to day responsibilities 
Diligently deliver your assigned projects to time, cost & quality. 
Collaborate well & build internal & external relationships. 
Find opportunities, through a production lens, to innovate & inspire. 
Meticulously manage your budgets, projects, documentation & deliverables. 
Ensure safety & compliance by creating risk assessments, method statements & event safety plans. 
Provide pitch support & own pre-production planning. 
Create, support & refine internal processes to increase the quality & efficiency of our output. 
Being an active participant in the agency's diversity, inclusivity & sustainability objectives. 
 
- Mentor and counsel other individuals, teams and functions relative to the event production team's service and goals. 
- Helping to amplify and perpetuate the agency's offerings, mission and vision. 
 
Job Location - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire 
Position Type - Full-Time 
Salary - 27k – 35k depending on experience
