Overview
As the preferred production partner of EJ Churchill, Dancing Squirrel was proud to play a key role in delivering The World Championships 2025 — a flagship event in the international clay shooting calendar. Held bi-annually and shared between EJ Churchill in the UK and a corresponding host in the USA, this prestigious competition attracts elite shooting talent and spectators from across the globe.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the West Wycombe Estate, the 2025 UK edition welcomed guests from all nationalities for a week of competition, networking, and celebration of sporting excellence.

With a trusted 20-year relationship behind us, EJ Churchill engaged us with full confidence in our ability to deliver a seamless, high-impact production. Our Contribution
We worked tirelessly with the event organisers in the months leading up to the Championships, ensuring every element of production contributed to a smooth, professional and immersive event experience. Key deliverables included:
• Bold First Impressions
To set the tone from the moment guests arrived, we installed a large custom-branded welcome arch spanning the entrance road. Eye-catching graphics continued throughout the approach, building anticipation before attendees had even parked their cars.
• Branded Environment & Atmosphere
The heart of the event was a central open area that served as a vibrant hub for networking, socialising, and entertainment. We ensured a stage and large screen were installed here to support both scheduled content and impromptu presentations. A strong PA system allowed for clear and engaging announcements throughout the day.
• Social Space Set-Up
The event space was brought to life with a well-designed mix of bar areas, food trucks, music, and seating zones — creating the perfect environment for delegates, competitors and guests to relax, connect and celebrate in true EJ Churchill style.
Results
The World Championships 2025 was a tremendous success, both logistically and in terms of guest experience. Thanks to close collaboration between Dancing Squirrel and the EJ Churchill team, the event not only ran seamlessly but left a lasting impression on attendees and international delegates alike.
