We're seeking a vibrant, approachable, and passionate production manager with expertise in configuring and managing AV equipment to join our team. You'll play a key role in orchestrating and executing a range of small to mid-scale events and experiences, overseeing the entire process from inception to realisation across diverse clients and accounts.
Role: Event Production Manager
Hours: Full time 40 hours per week - please note after a probationary period you will join the team working the four-day week model.
Contract: Permanent
Salary bracket: £35,000 - £45,000
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (increasing by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days) + bank holidays + time off in lieu
Office Location: Buckingham, Buckinghamshire

The Opportunity:
Dancing Squirrel are looking to recruit a production manager to join our team and work on multiple events & projects across the UK, Europe and beyond. This role would suit somebody with previous experience in a similar role or an audio-visual technician looking to move into an event/project management role. They will have strong organisational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude & with knowledge of audio-visual equipment & installation or a willingness to learn.
Primary responsibilities will include:
You will help to ensure that we provide a service for live events that is complementary, innovative, profitable, and premium quality. You are always looking to deliver the best for our clients within the agreed budget.

Experience working with AV equipment

Excellent proficiency in English, both oral and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Maintains a clean, smart appearance
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Passionate about delivering excellent service to clients
Strong attention to detail in all tasks
A team player who actively contributes to and promotes the company culture
Confident in meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
Experienced in prepping and organizing equipment
Holds a full, clean UK driving license
HOURS OF WORK
9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
However, it may be the case that in order to fulfill the duties of the role, different or additional hours and weekend work may be necessary on the event site and in the office.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel and work abroad.
