Office Administrator
Part-time 10:00 – 14:00 (Monday - Friday)
Working from our Buckingham office
We are looking for a driven, passionate, and motivated office administrator, someone who is organised, fun, hardworking and looking for a role with variety. The role is very much based around being a team player, who has a flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done. The key function is to assist our directors with the day-to day-administrative control of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
Managing company correspondence, including phone calls (receiving and diverting incoming calls to the office), emails, letters and packages
Handling bookkeeping, budgeting and billing cycles for the business
Helping to organise meetings and events for our clients including venue and supplier bookings
Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
Creating travel itineraries for staff team
Managing the office, including welcoming clients and guests
Skills / Requirements:
Ideally, 1+ years’ experience working in an administrative / office environment
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Solid organisational & time management skills
Ability to multi-task & manage multiple projects
Computer literacy – we are a Mac based office (Google, Microsoft)
Good grasp of social media
